Terry Phillip Moore

Terry Phillip Moore, 66, of Independence, died Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at home with his family by his bedside.  He was born March 27, 1957, in Dayton, Kentucky, the son of the late Kenneth Moore and Virginia Phillips Moore.   He retired from R.A. Jones Middle School as a Teacher, and was married May 25, 1979, to Cynthia Hebel Moore, who survives.  Also surviving are his children  Jennifer (Jeremy) Jones and Kelly (Adam) Henson; his grandchildren,  Jayla (Mason) Anderson, Baylee Jones,  Sarah Henson,  Mylee Jones,  Cooper Henson  and Bella Jones; his brothers Kenneth (Janet) Moore and Kevin (Debbie) Moore; sisters Linda Moore and Karen (Bo) Hebel; mother in law Jane Hebel and a host of relatives and friends.  He was also preceded in death by his son Terry Nicholas Moore and father in law Eugene Hebel. Funeral services will be held 11AM Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Floral Hills Funeral Home with Edwin Jones officiating,  Visitation will be Saturday from 9-11AM.  Entombment to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  Celebration of life will follow entombment at Harvest Hill Clubhouse:  4925 Open Meadow Drive Independence, KY 41051.
