Theodore "Bud" Pyles, 73, Newport, died Dec. 12, 2008, at Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport.
He was an Air Force veteran, member of the VFW and Belleview Vets and enjoyed dancing, golf and socializing.
Survivors include his special friend, Mary Pratt; son, Wayne Pyles; sisters, Theodosia Johnson, Eva Pyles, Virginia Pyles and Hope Whitson; brothers, George and Virgil Pyles; and two grandchildren.
Burial was in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
