Thomas H. Osborne, 86, of Latonia and formerly of Covington died Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Rosedale Manor in Latonia.
Survivors include his nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7 at Allison & Rose Funeral Home in Taylor Mill. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to Be Concerned, 714 Washington Ave., Covington, KY 41017.
