Wanda Russell

Wanda Mae Russell of Florence Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022. Wanda was born on October 17th, 1947 to the late Reverend William and Gloria (Rogers) Coffey. In her spare time Wanda enjoyed writing poetry and proudly had a few pieces published. But nothing compared to the time she spent loving and caring for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Charles Philpot, her three children, Tracey Lee, Angela Russell and Dustin (Nikki) Russell as well as her brother, Gene Coffey. Her grandchildren, Tiffany Lee, Jerry Lee, Justin Lee, Tayiah Lee, Keelah Keith, Keisha Hammons, Kendra Smith, Kate Boggs, Kaylee Russell, Noah Baker, and Connor Russel. As well as many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rev. William and Gloria Rodgers as well as her grandchildren Kelcie Lee and Ethan Smith. Funeral Services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home Sunday, March 27th 2022 beginning at 2pm. Visitation will be prior starting at 11am until time of Services. Burial will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Garden on Monday, March  28th, 2022 at 10am.
