William E. Holt, 84, of Covington, formerly of Burlington, entered into rest on Friday, March 2. He was a retired postal clerk, U.S. Army and Navy veteran, member of Hebron Masonic Lodge #757, and member of Hebron Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Holt. He is survived by his daughters, Jessie Wiley, Rebecca Grace Pfeiffer; 1 Grandson and 2 Granddaughters. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 7 from 10 AM - 12 PM with services following at 12 PM at Stith Funeral Homes 2988 Phyllis Court Hebron, KY 41048. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Hebron Masonic Lodge 757 F&AM P.O. Box 8 Hebron, KY 41048. Online condolences www.stithfuneralhomes.com
