William Ruth Jr.

William A. Ruth Jr., 78, of Newport went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 20, 2021. William was a man of faith that proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Newport First Church of the Nazarene for many years where he enjoyed singing and spending time with his church family and friends. He is survived by a son, Angelo Ruth and a host of friends that will deeply miss him. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 10 am until the Funeral Service at 11 am, all at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
