Wiliam Harley Schockney 67, of Newport. Passed away Saturday December 18, 2010. He was a retired Army Staff Sergent, and Retired Security Officer at Cincinnati Inc. He was a member of the Henry Barnes Masonic Lodge #607. Also Past Commandor of the American Legion Post 153 , Dayton,Ky. He is survived by his wife Ethel Schockney . Sons William James Schockney, and Todd Philip Huff. Daughter Sally Schockney. 1 Grandchild. Visitation will be at Cooper Funeral Home on Tuesday December 21, 2010 from 5 - 8pm. Services Will be held Wednesday at 10am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Foral Hills Cemetery.
