Our Staff

Robert Garner is the Director of Operations for the Kentucky Market which includes three combo locations and 14 cemeteries.  Robert has been a licensed embalmer/funeral director since 1989.  He started in 1989 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Covington, KY.  He spent 25 years there helping families and growing the business by being involved in several organizations such as, masonic lodge, lions club, rotary club, business associations, swim clubs and serving on several boards.  Robert joined Floral Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in 2014 as the General Manager.  He graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He does enjoy playing golf, going on family vacations, and watching UK basketball.  Robert lives in Independence, KY with his wife of 30 years, Lisa. They have two children, a son, Trey who works with Fidelity Investments and a daughter, Taylor who works for Disney at their Hilton Head Resort.

General Manager of Floral Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in Covington, Kentucky.  With over 17 years of experience in the cemetery and funeral profession, Jackie continues to show passion by delivering exceptional service to our client families.  She possesses natural leadership and sales abilities demonstrated during her 10 years at Floral Hills.  Prior to joining our company, she has extensive experience in management, sales and marketing.

John J. Sennhenn, Jr. is the Funeral Home Manager with Floral Hills Funeral Home and Event Center. He has worked in the Nothern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area for the past 13 years.

John was raised on the westside of Cleveland, OH, and graduated with honors from Lorain Southview High School. He later attended Lorain County Community College earning an Associate of Arts degree and then attended Ashland University where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education (grades 4-9) degree. Furthering his education, John graduated Cum Laude from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science in Mortuary Science and seeved as Lab Assistant and Class Vice-President. 

John is dual licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Ohio.  He is also a Certified Funeral Celebrant and an ordained minister. John also served as a part-time Adjunct Professor at the mortuary college as a Clinical Lab Instructor.

He currently resides in Covington, KY with his daughter, Lennon Anne Sennhenn, son, Bowie Harrison Zevon Sennhenn and his rescue dog, Casablanca “Cassie”.

In his spare time, John enjoys drawing and painting, listening to music and going to concerts, watching classic movies and traveling.

John is very dedicated to his profession and understands what a gift it is to help honor a life well lived. He considers himself very fortunate to work woth such dedicated people who all share a common vision and goal.
