Robert Garner is the Director of Operations for the Kentucky Market which includes three combo locations and 14 cemeteries. Robert has been a licensed embalmer/funeral director since 1989. He started in 1989 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Covington, KY. He spent 25 years there helping families and growing the business by being involved in several organizations such as, masonic lodge, lions club, rotary club, business associations, swim clubs and serving on several boards. Robert joined Floral Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in 2014 as the General Manager. He graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He does enjoy playing golf, going on family vacations, and watching UK basketball. Robert lives in Independence, KY with his wife of 30 years, Lisa. They have two children, a son, Trey who works with Fidelity Investments and a daughter, Taylor who works for Disney at their Hilton Head Resort.

With over 17 years of experience in the cemetery and funeral profession, Jackie continues to show passion by delivering exceptional service to our client families. She possesses natural leadership and sales abilities demonstrated during her 10 years at Floral Hills. Prior to joining our company, she has extensive experience in management, sales and marketing.
David Lee Bussa is a 1995 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Kentucky and Ohio. He is the father of one son, Gareth Bussa, and has a beautiful grandson, Brooks. He enjoys boating, the Reds, NFL football and bowling. He is a resident of Fort Wright and enjoys serving his community.
Ashley (nee Mowen) Bainbridge is a Dayton, OH native who started her funeral professional career in 2012 assisting families in the front office at a Funeral Home in Kettering, OH, providing personalized and meaningful services. During Ashleys time in the Dayton, OH area she volunteered with various organizations in support such as Hospice of Dayton, SICSA, and Tenth Life. In 2020, life brought Ashley and her daughter to the Cincinnati area to plant their roots, and she eventually began her funeral director’s apprenticeship with a funeral home in the Northern KY area. Ashley joined the Floral Hills Funeral Home team in the spring of 2024 to complete her funeral directing apprenticeship and continue providing compassionate and empathetic care for the Taylor Mill community and surrounding areas. In her spare time, you can find Ashley exploring the Tri State area food scene for fun and new restaurants to explore, jumping into her creative side for a project or entertainment, or creating special memories with her daughter and family.
