Clarence 88, of Highland Heights passed away February 10, 2012. Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Freda Carroll (nee. Fugett), his son Steven Douglas Carroll (Debra), his granddaughter Kristy Ann Abner (Dean) and his sister Mattie Moore.Visitation will be held Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 9-11am at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring. Service will follow at 11am. Burial at Floral Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to the National Parkinson Foundation.
