Donald Funaro

Donald Ralph Funaro, 70, of Union, Kentucky passed away at home on June 3, 2017. He was born on February 11, 1947 in Dayton, Kentucky to the late August and Lora Funaro. On May 20, 1972 he married Susan Alstad, who survives.
Donald was currently employed by CDK. He was an adjunct professor at; Cardinal Stritch University, Brown Mackey Business College, University of Cincinnati Clermont College and Devry University, having taught business courses. Donald was an avid golfer.
Donald is survived by his wife of 45 years; brothers Nick (Jan) Funaro and August ( Beverly) Funaro; sister Cheryl (Thomas) LaEace; brother in law Edward V. Kraemer and brother in law Carl Alstad (Mary Lewis); as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Along with his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his sister Yolanda Kraemer and brother John Funaro.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
